To change your iLines Emal password you must either access the Webmail or setup the Password Recovery feature in the Webmail Options to receive a temporary password. Once you access your Webmail to change your password, click on the Options tab and under the Login section create a new password.

• Password cannot be 'password', 'pass', 'test', etc. or include the mailbox or post office name
• Must contain at least one letter
• Must contain at least one numeric character
• Must contain a mix of uppercase/lowercase
• Must contain at least one symbol
• Must be minimum or 7 characters
