If you forget your iLines email password you can now access your Webmail by using the Password Recovery feature located in the Webmail Options->General->Password Recovery section. 

All you need to do is enable the Password Recovery feature under Webmail Options and create 2 secret questions/answers.  Then on the Webmail login screen click on the “Forgotten your Password?” link to get a temporary password that you can use to logon to the Webmail and then create a new password under the Options->Login section.
