If you would like to put your iLines Internet service on hold, you can put your account into Standby Status.  During Standy your access to the internet will be blocked and you will not be charged the Monthly Bandwidth Fee for your chosen service level (refer to your internet bill for the current amount).  The Monthly Network Access Fee will still apply.

You can keep the your service in Standy for as long as you need to.  Just contact us to request your account be placed in Standby and then again once you are ready to resume service.
