General Cancellation Information

The best method to cancel your iLines service is to complete the online Cancellation Form on our website.  If you run into issues with the cancellation form please reach out to us by phone (765) 482-8881 or by email (support@ilines.net).

Cancellations can only be processed on business days.  Cancellations made outside of normal business days will be processed the next business day.

Cancellations must be made by the account owner listed on your internet bill.

Equipment Returns

Within 14 business days of cancellation an iLines technician will come out to recoup the outdoor dish/radio. The technician could come anytime Monday-Friday between 8am to 4pm.

Failure to allow the technician access to the equipment will result in an unreturned equipment charge. Exact charge depends on the type of equipment that was deployed.

• Gen2 - $300
• Wave - $500
• Beam - $800

If you are moving or will no longer own the property, you must notify us in the Comments box below as to the last date you will own the property so iLines can get the equipment. . Failure to notify that results in iLines either not being able to access the equipment or the equipment being damaged or removed by another party will result in the above-mentioned unreturned equipment charge.

This applies to Gen2, Wave, and Beam services.

Also, the indoor POE injector (power supply) must be returned to iLines within 14 days of cancellation or an unreturned power supply charge of $25 will be added.

The customer may place the indoor power supply in a weatherproof container outside for the iLines technician to pick up when getting the outdoor dish/radio, and notify iLines of that location.
