Returns

If you are not satisfied with the iLines managed wifi router, you can return it within two (2) years and iLines will refund you the full setup fee you paid per unit returned.

Each router must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund.

1. Router/power supply are in 'like new' condition as determined by an iLines technician.
2. Router/power supply are in 100% full working order and verified by an iLines technician.
3. Customer brings existing router w/power supply to iLines.

Cancellations

Upon cancellation of iLines internet service a $40.00 fee per managed wifi router/sub router will be added to your final iLines bill.  This fee will be refunded in full to the customer as long as the router is returned to iLines' office within 14 days of the cancellation date.  All routers must be fully functional, complete and include the power supply to be eligible for a refund.
