While our goal it to get each customer the best connection there are a minority of our clients who will not be able to take advantage of all bandwidth plans.

Limitations:

• The iLines equipment at your home has not or cannot be upgraded.
• You are on a Non-Line-of-Sight service to the tower.
• Your connection to the tower is below acceptable levels due to distance, tree growth, interference, or other issues. 

If the above applies to your service, you may have your plan limited to match your connection quality.
