Currently physical damage to iLines installed equipment requires a service call and parts fee to repair. Also any defective or malfunctioning iLines equipment is maintained at no cost to the customer. A new optional monthly fee is proposed that would cover any and all damage to the iLines installed equipment. This would cover all damage to the wireless radio, cabling, surge suppressors, and power supplies installed by iLines. The customer would then be exempt from any trip charges, parts, or service call fees.
